Sophie is an artist, writer, and educator from Toronto, Ontario. She began dancing at a young age, falling in love with movement, and went on to do competitive Ballroom dance during her childhood.
Since moving to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Sophie has co-founded the Tin Can Collective, a multidisciplinary performance collective, with a focus on theatre.
Sophie joined the BDA team during our 22nd season as our Events and Community Coordinator, as well as our Voice instructor.
