Required Dancewear

Proper attire and grooming is considered to be an essential part of dance training and helps the dancer to feel correctly prepared for his or her class. In addition, the required dancewear and colors selected assist our instructors by enabling them to focus more on body line, muscle movement, etc.

Hair MUST be back off the face and neck for ALL classes. NO JEANS, boxer shorts, pajamas, long shirts, jewelry or socked feet will be permitted in class. Students who are inappropriately dressed will not be permitted to participate in class.

Parent & Tots: GIRLS: Bodysuit and footless tights, Bare Feet
BOYS: Black Pants or Shorts, White T-shirt, Bare Feet
Mini Movement, Combo Classes, Primary Classes (3 - 6 year olds): GIRLS: Short sleeved Pink Bodysuit, Ballet Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Slippers (with elastic), Pink chiffon Ballet skirt for Ballet classes

BOYS: Black Pants or Shorts, White T-Shirt, Black Ballet Slippers

COMBO/TAP: Black Tap Shoes (Patent or Leather)
Ballet Classes (7 years +): GIRLS: Black Tank Bodysuit, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet Slippers, Hair in a bun, No ponytails (optional: wrap around sweater or black dance shorts or black ballet skirt)
BOYS: Black Pants or Shorts, White T-Shirt, Black Ballet Slippers or Jazz Oxfords
Jazz Classes: GIRLS: Black Tank Bodysuit, Beige Tights, Black Jazz Oxfords (Fitted black Jazz pants or shorts are optional)

Adult Classes: DANCEWEAR: Anything you are comfortable moving in (NOT Jeans!)

Ballroom: Comfortable clothing (Women can wear wide skirts and shoes with a heel. Heel should not be higher than 2 inches and not stiletto. Character shoes or cowboy boots work well). All shoes (men and women) MUST have a non-marking sole. Men can wear dress shoes or any non-marking indoor shoe.
Kindermusik: ALL STUDENTS: Comfortable clothing, bare feet
